About the event
Washington state is already seeing a strong movement behind growing employee ownership (EO), and now is the time to leverage this momentum.
Co-hosted by Ownership Capital Lab and the Washington Center for Employee Ownership (WACEO), this two-day EO Capital Roadmap Roadshow brings together regional ownership funds, investors, policymakers, business owners and advocates to explore how we can scale capital, leverage supportive policy and expand the employee ownership ecosystem across the region. From an on-the-ground site visit to meaningful table discussions, this session moves from big-picture frameworks to actionable local realities.

Day 1: Employee-owned business site visit & reception
- When: Monday, September 28 | 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Where: Metis Construction, 941 S Nebraska St, Seattle, WA 98108
- What: An intimate look at employee ownership in action. Includes a site tour, a worker-owner panel, a moderated Q&A with 3–5 local EO businesses and a networking reception.
- Capacity limit: 65 attendees.
Day 2: Full-day employee ownership forum
- When: Tuesday, September 29 | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Where: Inatai Foundation, Rainier Tower, 1301 5th Ave #2600, Seattle, WA 98101
- What: A comprehensive, day-long session focused on the national EO landscape, scaling capital flows, unlocking policy support and mapping Washington’s path forward.
- Capacity limit: 65 attendees.
