Namaste Solar is a mid-sized 100% employee-owned solar installation company based in Denver, Colorado. The company provides home solar, home electrification and commercial solar services. Namaste has been in existence for 20 years, and in 2011, it transitioned to a worker cooperative model, where all worker-owners participate in democratic decision-making on a one- person, one-vote basis.
